Case Study

MaC Venture Capital.

Project Overview

MaC Venture Capital wanted signage for their Los Angeles office that would feel considered and understated — closer to interior design than commercial signage. Halo-lit reverse-channel letters were the right call: clean faces with a warm glow that reads as architectural rather than loud.

We fabricated the letters with deep returns, clear polycarbonate backs, and premium warm-white LED modules tuned for even edge-glow. The install used hidden standoffs so the letters float cleanly off the wall surface.

Sign Type & Materials

Fabricated aluminum returns with clear polycarbonate backs, warm-white premium LED modules, and hidden standoff mounting hardware. All electrical routed through the wall to a concealed transformer.

Challenges & Solutions

Halo-lit letters only look right when the standoff distance is consistent across every letter. We pre-drilled the mounting template in-shop and verified alignment with a laser level during install to keep the halo even top to bottom.

Results

The finished install reads exactly as intended — a warm, even glow on the wall behind the letters, cleanly aligned with the surrounding architecture. A quiet, premium sign for a quiet, premium brand.
