ADA Suite & Room Plaques
Tactile characters, Grade 2 Braille, ADA pictograms, 1/32" raised type. Full exam-room, restroom, office, and exit sets engineered to ADA Title III and CBC 11B.
From ADA Title III room plaques to the tenant strip on the medical building monument, we build every sign your practice needs — fully compliant, professionally finished, and coordinated as one system. C-45 licensed. 20 years fabricating for LA medical offices. Free ADA code review on every project.
Medical and dental offices live under a different standard. Every permanent room sign needs to satisfy ADA Title III and California CBC 11B — tactile characters, Grade 2 Braille, contrast, finish, and mount height — or the building owner can be cited. On top of that, patients need to actually find the suite, the exam room, and the restroom without stopping to ask. Every sign we build for healthcare is engineered to be code-perfect, professionally reserved, and genuinely useful for wayfinding.
Tactile characters, Grade 2 Braille, ADA pictograms, 1/32" raised type. Full exam-room, restroom, office, and exit sets engineered to ADA Title III and CBC 11B.
Multi-tenant monument and pylon tenant-strip panels fabricated to match your existing medical building's system — aluminum, acrylic, or routed push-through.
Dimensional polished aluminum letters, brushed stainless logos, acrylic push-through wall signs, and backlit brand walls for the first impression at check-in.
Directional arrow signs, floor directories, department IDs, and elevator lobby signs coordinated to a single wayfinding palette and hierarchy.
Illuminated channel letters, halo-lit reverse-channel logos, and routed aluminum practice names for the exterior — coordinated with building-owner approval.
California-compliant accessible parking signs, patient parking designations, tow warnings, directionals, and post-mounted wayfinding for the lot.
Every plaque is built to 1/32" raised tactile, Grade 2 Braille, and California-specific CBC 11B finish and contrast standards. We catch the mistakes third-party CASp inspectors catch — before install.
We routinely match existing monuments and pylons at Cedars-Sinai medical office buildings, UCLA 200 Medical Plaza, Providence St. Joseph, Hoag area, and Long Beach Memorial campuses — material, router profile, and typography.
Interior wayfinding and ADA plaques go up after-hours or weekends. Exterior illuminated signage installs on low-volume clinic days. Your schedule dictates ours.
ADA plaques, reception wall, wayfinding, exterior ID, parking signs — all produced in our Gardena shop so materials, typography, and finish stay consistent throughout the suite.
A Long Beach multi-tenant medical plaza with six practices across two floors came to us after the existing monument sign had faded to an illegible amber-yellow and a new practice was moving in without room on the cabinet. We surveyed the existing monument, re-engineered the tenant-strip cabinet to add a seventh slot, fabricated new second-surface push-through acrylic faces for each tenant with updated specialty names and individual backlighting, and replaced the failed amber-output LED modules with a full warm-white UL Listed retrofit. The cabinet frame, pole cover, and masonry base were cleaned, re-coated with a satin-black automotive finish, and re-sealed. We handled the building-owner design review, the City of Long Beach sign permit amendment, and scheduled the install on a Saturday morning when no practice was open. The finished monument reads cleanly from both directions on Long Beach Boulevard and gave every tenant a refreshed listing without replacing the base structure.
Scope: Existing survey, tenant-strip refabrication, LED retrofit, permit amendment, install.
Lead time: 5 weeks signed proposal to relit sign.
A full suite signage package — ADA plaques, lobby letters, wayfinding, and a monument tenant strip — typically runs $3,500–$9,000. ADA plaque sets alone for a 10–15 room practice are $1,200–$3,000. Exterior illuminated ID with permit runs $4,500–$14,000.
Yes. ADA Title III requires tactile characters, Grade 2 Braille, proper character height, non-glare finishes, and compliant mounting height on every permanent room sign. California CBC 11B adds stricter pictogram and contrast requirements. Every plaque we fabricate is built to both.
Yes. We regularly match existing tenant strips on shared medical monuments and pylons — Cedars-Sinai medical office buildings, UCLA 200 Medical Plaza, Hoag-area outpatient centers. Same material, finish, and typography as the original cabinet.
Yes. Any illuminated, projecting, or freestanding exterior sign requires a LADBS permit, and most medical buildings also require property-management design review. We pull every permit and handle structural engineering in-house.
