Built In-House at Our 10,000 Sq Ft Facility in Gardena
Every sign we deliver is designed, fabricated, painted, wired, and quality-tested under our own roof. No outsourcing, no middlemen — just full control over every detail from raw materials to finished product.
Manufacturing Pricing
Case-by-case — firm quote after we review your project.
Pricing is case-by-case. Every sign manufacturing project is custom — letter count, size, material, quantity, finishing requirements — all affect cost. We provide a firm quote after a site visit or review of your existing signage.
Standard lead time is 2–3 weeks once scope is confirmed. Complex projects may add time; we tell you upfront.
Why In-House Manufacturing Matters
Many sign companies outsource their fabrication to third-party shops. We do not. Here is why that matters for your project.
Complete Quality Control
Every step of the fabrication process happens under our supervision. We inspect materials when they arrive, monitor production at every stage, and test every sign before it leaves our shop. No surprises, no shortcuts.
Faster Turnaround
Without the delays of shipping to and from third-party fabricators, your sign gets built faster. We control the production schedule and can prioritize rush orders when needed.
Cost Savings
By cutting out the middleman, we eliminate markups and shipping costs that outsourcing adds. Those savings get passed directly to you without compromising quality or materials.
Direct Communication
When you call with a question about your sign, you talk to the people building it. No game of telephone between sales reps and distant fabricators. Changes and approvals happen in real time.
Our Manufacturing Capabilities
Our 10,000 sq ft facility in Gardena is equipped with the tools, technology, and skilled craftsmen to build any type of commercial sign from scratch.
CNC Routing
Precision CNC router for cutting aluminum, acrylic, PVC, and composite materials. Accurate to within thousandths of an inch for clean edges and perfect letter shapes.
Metal Fabrication
Full aluminum bending, welding, and forming capabilities. We fabricate channel letter returns, sign cabinets, monument sign structures, and custom brackets in-house.
LED Wiring & Testing
All LED modules are wired, connected, and burn-tested in our shop before the sign ships. We use only UL Listed, commercial-grade LEDs rated for 50,000+ hours of operation.
Mathews Paint System
The industry standard for sign finishing. We match any PMS, Pantone, RAL, or custom brand color with precision. HVLP spray equipment delivers a smooth, even, durable finish every time.
Acrylic Forming
We heat-form, cut, and polish acrylic faces for channel letters and light boxes. Plaskolite and Acrylite sheets in hundreds of colors with consistent day/night appearance.
Electrical Wiring & UL Compliance
All electrical work is performed to UL standards. Every sign is wired, grounded, and tested for proper voltage, current draw, and safety before leaving the facility.
Materials We Work With
We source commercial-grade materials from trusted suppliers to ensure every sign is built to last. No cheap substitutes, no compromises.
Aluminum
The backbone of commercial signage. We use .040" and .063" aluminum sheet for channel letter returns, sign cabinets, and structural components. Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and infinitely formable.
Acrylic (Plaskolite & Acrylite)
Premium translucent and opaque acrylic for channel letter faces and light box panels. Available in hundreds of colors with consistent light transmission and UV stability.
LEDs (UL Listed Modules)
Commercial-grade LED modules rated for 50,000 to 100,000 hours. UL Listed for safety. Available in single-color white, RGB, and tunable color temperatures.
3M Vinyl
3M Controltac and IJ Series vinyl for graphics, wraps, and cut lettering. 7+ year outdoor durability with fade-resistant inks and reliable adhesion on any surface.
Mathews Paint
Industry-standard two-part polyurethane paint system for sign finishing. Exceptional color accuracy, gloss retention, and weather resistance. Custom color matching available.
Polycarbonate & PVC/Foam
Polycarbonate for impact-resistant sign faces and vandal-proof applications. PVC and Sintra foam board for dimensional letters, interior signs, and lightweight displays.
Quality Control at Every Stage
Building a sign in-house means we can inspect and test at every step. Nothing leaves our facility until it passes our multi-point quality checklist.
- Material inspection — Every sheet of aluminum, acrylic, and polycarbonate is checked for defects before fabrication begins.
- Dimensional verification — CNC-cut parts are measured against approved drawings to confirm accuracy within tolerance.
- Weld and bend inspection — All metal work is inspected for clean welds, consistent returns, and proper alignment.
- Paint finish check — Color is verified against the approved Mathews Paint formula. Finish is inspected for runs, orange peel, and coverage consistency.
- LED burn test — Every sign is powered on and burn-tested for a minimum of 24 hours to verify uniform brightness, correct color temperature, and zero dead modules.
- UL compliance review — Electrical connections, grounding, wire gauge, and labeling are verified against UL standards before final packaging.
- Pre-ship final inspection — Complete sign assembly is reviewed for cosmetic defects, proper labeling, and secure packaging before it leaves the shop.
From Raw Materials to Finished Sign
Every project follows our proven four-step manufacturing process. We keep you informed at every stage.
Design & Engineering
We create detailed fabrication drawings with exact dimensions, materials, LED layout, and mounting specifications. Engineering plans are prepared for permit submission.
Fabrication
Raw materials are cut, bent, welded, and assembled by our skilled fabricators. Channel letter returns are formed, sign cabinets are built, and structural components are prepared.
Finishing & Wiring
Signs are painted using the Mathews Paint system, acrylic faces are installed, LED modules are wired and tested, and all electrical connections are completed to UL standards.
Inspection & Delivery
